So I take it no bet then? :-?? Why make outlandish statements if you're not willing to back them up? Or perhaps you might want to retract the comment that Jarrod Gordon would be paying $1.00 for the Medal? I'll give you $3.00 for him. Wanna bet?

Ogorman should be a standout in Div7 as he was a very good player for a top Hills league club when he was there.

Yep. Should be playing a much higher grade like the rest of the team. Sandbaggers. Can't believe they would let their C grade get embarrassed by the Gullies. That is why Modbury will never make Div 1

Yep big Shane did kick 16 in our 'fourths' ! and fuzz we did play Div 1 what 3 years ago  You dont know Shane, you dont know what goes on his life yet alone the additional 30k-40kgs he is carrying since he last played A grade..... We got 5 back in the As and 4 in the Bs this week so the C grade received a fair few ins and TTG kicked 10 goals in the last Qtr i believe.

My Bad. Should have read will never make Div 1 again!

I see Modbury A Grade had 1 player who can still play Under 18s and 2 Players that can still play Under 16s in it coupled with 2 that played Under 18s last year.

Followed by the B Grade with a total of 7 players that can still play Under 18s and 1 that can still play under 16s with 3 from last years Under 18s.

Thats a total of 16 player in the top 2 grades that are 19 or under which seems to me they are investing time in there youth at a higher level this week.

Id say they are on the right track for there future.
It is what it is !!!

Neither of them are any chance.

Brad "Smokey" Steele from Mitchell Park has it in the bag.

Sorry I missed you on the weekend Riddler! I looked around for you after the game but couldn't find you anywhere.

I was dirty on you anyway for putting yet another quick small guy at Half Forward half way through the last quarter - even though you could clearly see I was struggling to lift my feet out of the mud. Here I was thinking you were a good bloke.

Thought it was a scrappy affair but I suppose given the conditions it was to be expected. Everyone talks about O'Gorman, and he is a very good footballer, but I reckon Reidy is the real engine for the Lakers, great player, he does his best to earn an Oscar or two though ;)

One day we hope not to give you a 5 goal head start - should be a pretty tight game if we can hold you early.

I came into your rooms with a can of coke but the lads couldn't find you, thought you may have left early to go to the Crows game. Had a good long chat with Wayne after the game though.

Yeah it wasn't a pretty game but we'll take it and given the conditions I'm glad we have the bye this week to refresh. Been lucky that our starts have been pretty good against you guys this year but we rate you guys highly and always knew you'd come at us at some stage or another.

Thanks again for the swap in fixtures was greatly appreciated. Good luck for the rest of the season, I have no doubt we may meet again at some stage or another.

Yes thanks to the PAOC boys and Mitchell Park lads for sticking around for a drink/feed Saturday. Added to the atmosphere in what were pretty bleek conditions :(

Is Scott Hewett no longer coaching Modbury's C Grade? Seems to be spending a lot of his time playing in the B Grade (Div 2R) has he stepped down because of this?

Skittles has played the last 4 I think in the B Grade and adds some good leadership to a young B grade defence. He leaves as soon as the game is finished and goes to the C grade. Phil Davenport and Mark Shean get the lads ready to go until Skittles gets there.

Never mind, I'm sure we'll here plenty from you next week too. You're only playing Modbury so you'll chalk up another win.

May i ask what you thought of the Mawson lakes game AWW, or do you only give opinions and views when you have a win?

Surely Maysie would be Mitchell Park's best chance? I have only seen the Lions play once this year but he's a gun

I too enjoy your posts AWW some people do not like a joke and having fun.

Don't let them stop you from contributing, otherwise it would be boring.
