Have heard from a very good source that Brahma are pulling all 5 sides out PDCA for next season.

Any truth Browny, Honda, Masha or anyone from the Lodge?

I have heard about this, but not sure if it was a suggestion or actually happening. Could have been Browny saying this while he was drunk???

Not drunk talk from what I have heard. I heard they couldnt get the grades they wanted so have got their bat & ball and trying elsewhere. Sounds like a bit of a childish spat I think. :o

Excellent news. One less problem to deal with. The association will always be stronger than 1 club and a club wanting permission to play in only the grade their C grade was supposed to play in should expect to play in grade 2 as a minimum.

Graham..You are a d#*%head. People like you with this stupid attitude is exactly the reason why we are going. So yes, all Brahma sides are gone.
Include the possible retraction of Playford, maybe Wasleys and surely some clubs wont nominate a C or D grade, that is a whole grade gone.

So what were Brahma offered? I'd rather lose a grade than sell out for 3 sides.

I remember Para Teachers were only allowed to play a low grade because certain players were not allows to play for them for years to come. Two Wells notified that their entire A grade side were elsewhere for the next season. Were Brahma Lodge asked to put their PCDA A grade in grade 3 and refused? Despite winning in 1,2 and 5? Curious to know.

Feel free to ask when Salisbury West turned down the chance to play any side in a higher grade. I dare say it's the same answer as the number of times we've had our A grade relegated. We don't agree with grading decisions that have gone against us, but we've battled on and earned respect.

Do BL leave with the same respect?

Well i spent yesterday with him talking pre season etc etc etc, we have met with a few players and had discussions with them about playing next year with us.

Add to the fact he has been officially appointed the EPFC coach for 2011/2012 im pretty confident he will be with us next year. Other clubs would be stupid not to try and approach him though. One thing for certain is he wont be the coach of Craigmore next year.

As for Super i wouldnt know if he has spoken to anyone from R&C, you would probably know more than me, who are we supposedly getting?

Nope not Brookesy, a few of the younger lads in the B grade - Leigh Mitchell, Will Quick, Jayden Broadstock.

I have never heard of Will Quick or Jayden Broadstock so you can rule that out straight away.

I work with Leigh Mitchells sister at the Dome but have never spoken a word to him and wouldnt even know what he looks like and have never seen him play cricket.

Leigh spent part of a season with Riverside and was a handy quick bowler for us. Work, injury and social life ;) stopped him being a regular, but he was useful when on
