Sister (and business partner) had to make a presentation to our biggest client (Melbourne based), in one of their stores in Perth.

Had no end of trouble trying to get on a flight, but finally managed to grab the last seat on the red-eye this morning.

Not long after touching down she hears from our clients who were unable to get a flight out of Melbourne due to the ash, and the presentation can't proceed without them .. So now she's stuck in Perth twiddling her thumbs with no idea of which day she'll be able to get a flight out of there.

Don't let facts get in the way of a good story! The violence was caused by some protestors being foiled by security when trying to inflate a 6m balloon protesting against U2's tax status. They were hardly U2 fans. It was a planned protest.
