Huge result, thats an old fashion thrashing ! Would love to know more about the game, Flinders park missing blokes ?

Another big result is the big fella Thornton kicking 5 for the Thunder today against SMOSH - i missed the game, but a pretty fair effort i would think considering its his first game for the year, other than a couple of trials. Their might be some fight left in the old dog yet...

Twilight game at GG and GG are up by 12 goals at 3/4 time.

Mitcham pressure was awesome today jumped them at the start it continued throughout the day. Didn't give them any space and as soon as they turned it over the hawks made them pay.

Yeah we have been way under the level all year but hopefully can get a few wins in this back half. PH would be gutted with today I would think. Not a good day for them. C's lost the early game, B's played pretty much 2 quarters to draw after a PH player sustained a horrific broken leg that ruled out the middle 2 quarters unfortunately cos they were all over us early. They were 5-0 to 1-3 when their guy went down and scores ended up 5-1 to 4-7. Still alot of work to do for our A's yet but can only take one week at a time I guess....

Go Bretty, there would have been some gun pumping after each of those too I reckon.

Sorry I missed it  ;)
Good win by Portland over Smosh by about 4 goals. Very ordinary umpiring.
The "RANGA" was at his best once again.
To be honest i've never seen him umpire a good game, he's consistantly bad & loves blowing his whistle regardless whether theirs a free in it or not.
I have a tip for the RANGA, the games not about you pal, if you want attention get back to the zoo in your RANGA enclosure.

I also hate it but have to agree with you Fred the boys looked lost once the ball got to our forward lines i know we have had lots of injuries but we severly miss last years forward setup and powers to be did not react to that problem when it eventuated and appeared to take the she will be rite mate approach well its now comming back to bite them on the bottom.I feel for Bangers its not his fault this has happened the head people need to take responsability for whats going on and react accordingly be that the axe or whatever it needs to happen or nothing surer the slide is on.

this is my opinion only

Right on the money boys... THE AXE MUST FALL, I wouldn't say i was glad to waste my Saturday watching that CRAP!
Bamford may need to coach & not play for a game or 2 to see what's going on & how many are not pulling their weight? Time to play some other young guys from 16's, is some more good young guys around. Need more experience in A's, too many over ratted & over paid players from what I've seen in the few games I have gone to... Not is all lost yet, but not far away..
I hope the lad from the B's is ok if anyone can get an update?
Could be time to chop the football department & keep the coach, asst coach's not very well liked i hear (at least 1 of them)
That's my opinion... #-o

Maybe whoever you are OLD ROO you should put your hand up & help out instead of trashing the club?? I will say it was a dark day for PH, taking nothing away from GG they were a class above in A's C's & were unlucky not to win B's after being in trouble early... Time for changes but where do they come from??
