So being on the bench does that make them the worst, or the best from the worst as they can't get a gig in the starting 18.
I thought Scott, Hocking and Malakelis were ok players.

From Port, Pettigrew would be up there especially after playing around a hundy games. Nathan Lonie. Others that i prob cant think of at this hour

Beloved by Port people turn it up. I've been to plenty of Port v Norwood games and it was the Port fans that were usually getting stuck into Smith and this was at SANFL level where he was more than servicable. IMO Smith copped a raw deal from many Port fans, at least from what I could see.

He was one of many players who were past their best when the AFL opportunity presented itself.

What a load of shite. I dont know how a Coleman medal winner gets a mention. No Mark Blake, "the much maligned" Mensch, Scott, Darcy, Shulze, Johnstone, Hocking were all serviceable players. Exell would have played a lot more games and kicked a lot more goals if a bloke called G Ablett wasn't in the team. Spiro Malakelis OK, A Malakelis was no good.
