No raging premiership favourite. What's the go with Loxton, they're the RFL enigma at the moment.
Can anyone comment on Renmark's win?

I hear there were some interesting injuries in the Moorook camp this week...
And, Goof Smith kicked 2.11, I understand.

Was at the game and Renmark's best performance since beating Waikerie. They were consistent for 4 quarters and started well. Only the second time this year they came out after half time switched on. All these factors have been a problem all year. Loxton had montgomery and inkster out. Bennet dominated, Smith & Uren were tagged by Webber, Raph was well held by Dempsey and Rowe and Warnock were everywhere and Dale Pfieffer played his best A grade game ever kicking 5. renmark got away with having only one ruckman. The big question now is can they back it up - especially the youngsters?

Couple of observations:-
-Tim Arnold is a clearance king
-Nathan Brown oozes class and keeps running all day
-Geordie Franks was a very good focal point and probably kicked about 6 goals (missed a few too). Downside is that fully in love with himself, his nickname should be mirrors!!
-More bad injuries for the Roos today with Lachie Middleton and Jack Selfe suffering knee/ankle injuries
-Steak sandwich was fine but the hot dog was awful  Hard to describe but it tasted BAD

Berri steak sandwich a little on the chewy side again on the weekend. However, I was that hungry I could have eaten the front wheel off of a menstraul cycle so I went for the old pork riblet in a roll. Bloody brilliant.

nice!
mind if i use it and claim it as my own!

Go for it BS.
I find people don't really appreciate how hungry a bloke is until you trot that one out.

Not too bad. Handy pick up for the rovers but maybe a little more outside than in and under. What can u say about his brother? Been disappointing up until Saturday just gone which was his best game for the year by far. Still didn't make the best and is a borderline a grader at this stage.

I haven't seen the final Interleague team but there are a few big names missing through injury and not being available.
Damien Stevens is obviously injured, Michael Bratton and Andrew Bachmann are not available, Jamahl Liddle and Pete Smith
are not playing and also Ryan Bennett has pulled out.
News from Loxton North camp is Geordie Franks and Nathan Brown have both been selected.
Michael Arnold is captain and Berri's Adam Beauchamp is vice captain.

On another topic, what are Bennett's early chances for the Whillas? He has received five best on grounds for the club
and has been a stand-out on field.

His chances will be slim if the rumours are true of a return to Westies, apparently having a game with them this weekend too. Andy Collins wants him back

Brown and Franks are both playing which is going to be a good opportunity for them.
Dissapointing to only see 10-15 players out at training last night with the U17's asked to follow on from their earlier training to make numbers in the senior squad. I still feel there should be a suspension rule for any player who has been selected in the squad that does not want to take part in the game without a legitimate reason. I know their is a 5hr drive involved this year but still who doesnt want to represent the league?

I think you will find there is already a Bi-law to suspend a player for not playing in Interleague within the RFL. hasnt been tested yet!!!!. One day it will be.
With this years being played on Long Weekend, i reckon this has had an impact in player numbers. Will be interesting to know how many from KNTFL that were asked are not not playing?
