Yes, quite often over the last 2 seasons, I have seen R.Laird listed for the Bloods Under 18's and wondered if the lad is related.

Not a relative apparently of the great Central coach Roy Laird, but a good young footballer by all reports, nonetheless.

no relation at all, played his junior football at Kenilworth. good lad to coach.

ha, they dont even look at the metro zone.
pretty political out there with metro players V Gawler (i mean country) players.
some very good talent in the metro zone but they prefer to go with the country lads instead.
i think i heard that the squad for U/18 games is cut to 24 with usually 22 country players.

Tend to agree,

Eastern Park has 4-5 kids under the age of 18 playing in their Div 1 amatuer A Grade side yet they cant get a look in at Central where there is kids who are playing colts in the Barossa.

A young lad from Eastern Park called Ian Williamson is an absolute gem, the first club to pick him up has hit a gold mine.

One of the most amazing things EVER happened at the start of this game.

I have never seen this happen before.

Stay tuned it will come out tomorrow and it is big!

If you wont tell, can you at least elude to the fact of whether it was 'amazing good' or 'amazing bad'?
