Don't really care if the player cleared, happens to be Taylor Walker or not. What worries me is the handling of this affair has an odour to it. Charging everyday of the week. Deserved a reprimand. End of the story. Those that disagree all have a common theme.

nwdfanparade your example using a car accident is silly. Surely you would of obtained the services of a lawyer, who would have prepared a defence using all available evidence. You would have thought Norwood and Crows officials would of looked at the footage and advised him how to plea.

What if you made comments at the scene of the accident and someone from the media overheard your comments or someone passed on your comments to the media and then you found out more info about the other driver the next day? It was only an example of how people's perceptions can change about what happend in an incident. You've never watched a replay of a game and changed your perception of some aspect of the game?

Well G, thanks for your kind thoughts!! I'm all for the hard attack on the ball and the man within the laws and the spirit of the game. Walker's actions weren't that at all. Perhaps that's why he's not playing consistently at the highest level.

Walker knew 5-10m from the contest that he was no chance at all to mark the ball, he then made the decision to deliberately line up the player and blindside him..

Here is a scenario that would of been interesting. Walker plead guilty, then was advised by the fine upstanding members of the tribunal to change his plea. What would have happened if Walker was found guilty?

Did the tribunal panel already have a verdict in my mind, before proceedings started? Why don't they do the reverse ie. advise players who have plead not guilty to change their plea if they feel the player is "gone".

Too top it all off, Walker plays for the Crows this week. Yep, it's all above board.

Should of never been reported and then suspended for one week is the SANFL now getting soft like the AFL i watched the sports news the other night on channel 9 and saw that Ferito from North Melbourne got one game for a great bump and really not a reportable offence AFL IS SOFT LIKE A MR WHIPPY SOFT CONE WITH NUTS ON TOP.
