Scott Hodges kicked 114 goals in 1994 and then 102 in 1996, he should have played more AFL for Adelaide for sure.

BP was right with ( 114 in 94 - 130 incl finals ) & ( 102 in 96 from 18 games - 117 incl finals )

Taylor Walker should just rub it in the faces of the Crows coaching panel & selectors & kick a 100 goals in the SANFL, show them just how stupid they look.
I'd back him in if he was to play the remainder of the year with the Redlegs.
The Crows were left with egg on their faces in 96 when a player on their list kicked 114 goals in the SANFL, he also kicked 5 goals in his only 2 games ( 6 qtrs ) for the Crows that year.

Am I right in assuming he's never forgiven them?

Unfortuately for Scotty, he never received the free ride from AFL umpires like he got whilst playing SANFL. Adelaide's selectors soon worked this out & responded accordingly

Hodges didn't do the job often enough in the AFL. Then some punk called Tony Modra rocked up. The Crows went on to win the flag in 97 and 98 and Hodges went on to become a bloke who never made it to the highest level. I know which one regrets him not putting in the hard yards more.....
