Eventually a good win by everyone. Bring on Rostrevor now - a bit of confidence with the guys to give it a shake
Give what a shake?

A bit of fun with our neighbours LMA who were only telling everyone the other week they were the pride of the peninsula. Bit of banter from the real pride :D :D

Wouldn't get too carried away RSE, but quite obvious the boys really playing for the coach, have also found some really good kids, defensive pressure on the ball carrier outstanding yesterday, Scuddsy showing how good he actually can be holding Hardy to 1 and young Patty straight out of the 16's last year showing he can mix it with the men. Probably thought that was Foggy's best game for the club, very hard at it. Good signs at Hawkland, not just for this year, but some quality kids that are standing up playing against men. Couldn't believe the Saints players that got caught trying to break tackles only to be swamped by two or three Hawks. ROC's obviously form side at the minute and Iggies finding touch. Injuries obviously key in the coming weeks for all clubs.

ROCS are a fair way ahead of the pack imo. they would need to have an off day for PD too win. footy is a funny game though.

hate to bash umps but had a shocker on the w/e iggies bloke running down the wing, goes to kick and our bloke tackles him and the ball comes free. ump calls play on they pick up the ball and kick a goal. asked the umpy why it wasnt holding the ball. and he said "if you drop the ball when you get tackled in that situation its play on"............................. really!!
they could at least know the most basic of rules! the bloke shouldnt be allowed to ump kids let alone div2!

THe modbury boys have quietly found some very good form. Is it the return of a few players that weren't available in the opening rounds?

Not really Cash, side has had just as money outs as it has in's in the past few weeks. self belief is a huge factor and the there is a good feeling back at the club. . All the things Jolly worked on over the preseason are starting to show on the field, credit to him and the lads.

The only one to come to mind is Budha Richards who injured his knee in the trial leading into round 1. The boys are starting to gel and play with alot of confidence. The young lads are really starting to make there mark aswell. Still have a few outs as every team does but the fitness is starting to play a big big factor.
