Not questioning you Dutchy, just saying what Norman said.

It will be a big blow to the Double Blues if Sheedy doesn't play, they'll miss him again much like they did last Saturday night.

Does anybody else find these comments annoying?

I interpret it as saying Chad can't play in case they need him to replace Schulz, but then comment further in by stating Port prefer Cam O'Shea ahead of Cornes if Carlile doesn't play, as he's not suitable as a defender? Hmm where exactly do they want him to play.
So they don't rate him in the middle, nor defence.

"Veteran Chad Cornes will be kept on standby for Schulz, forcing him out of Friday night's SANFL clash between Glenelg and Sturt at Adelaide Oval....

However, a curious point on Port's final selection on Saturday morning is Primus declaring Cornes does not become the instant replacement for Carlile, should the key defender withdraw from the match 22.

The Power is preferring first-year defender Cam O'Shea ahead of Cornes with Primus arguing the lack of talls in the Fremantle attack makes Cornes unsuitable in defence."

Not getting a game for power puffs but they are making him sitout tomorrow night. What a joke

Only because Jay Schulz has to pass a fitness test. Kind of the same for Aiden Riley being the travelling emergency for crows

Surely you know by tomorrow morning, if schulz pulls up then let chad be late inclusion tomorrow night, surely they arent waiting until game day to rule him out.
Seems a waste to miss a week completely

I'm quite confused...A Norwood supporter up in arms about a Puffs player maybe missing a week of football. What's going on there?

Re thought my tip, Glenelg by 75.Not sure what Norman is thinking not bringing in Wundke . Sturt have a short defennce so even if you wanted 1 ruckman Wundke can play down back. Last week Norman said how he messed up Duldigs game by rucking him so surely he thinks "well I wont do that again ". But no.....

Sturt can't win if Sheedy doesn't play and top that off no Riley either.

Drums will be beating loudly at the Bay if they lose this one I think.
