Surely not! He'd be pushing 40 wouldn't he?

Did I see Justin Mashotta running around for the Gullies on the weekend? That guy has had more clubs than Greg Norman!

You'd be close in that estimate Jugs, I reckon he's about my vintage (37  ) maybe a year or two younger at most.

According to the SAAFL site he is 36.
Of course we do know the site suffers due to SISO but must be close.

Looking at their spot on the ladder it may be they need whatever they can find to get a win somehow.

From the games i have watched, they have been up there for most of the game just fell behind in the last quarter.

speaking of their centenary year, i saw in the advertiser, or sunday mail maybe, that the goodwood v shoc rivalry is one of the biggest going around.
can anyone let me know where this rivalry has stemmed from and how it has come about?
i thought it has only been the last 2 years that these 2 sides have actually played each other (maybe a season or 2 more if you go back to the 90's).
and yes, matt spencer a shoe in for CHB (a gun in his day)

Matt Spencer would have to be a lock for CHB,
We played Goodies in a trial this year & I was surprised to see Klemmy still running around. I had a bit of a chat to him & he had retired for about a season, then they got him out for some games last year & is back this year. So barring injury or the like he should be running around.
BOP, I don’t know where the SHOC rivalry has come from. Theoretically, if I had some time at GS, say 3-4 years ago ;) , I’d probably recall the main rivalries being against Broadview, Edwardstown (pre them running to the SFL) & Uni (especially in the reserves). Not against Shoc, however they had not matched up against each other in years, maybe it stems to GS's time in the lower divisions in the early 90's?

Well it'd be hard not to have demasi in there, maybe on the flank. Considering he's been their biggest match winner and match turning player over the last 5 years.

Bloody injuries haven't helped our cause either, think we get around 7 or 8 back this week

I saw a few players standing around on Saturday, bit of quality on the sidelines! Lets hope your mail is good and they are back this week.

Looking at the selected side I would say my mail was pretty well spot on, some big in's for the Tigers this week
