Just heard (second hand) that the Geelong Flyer, Bob Davis has died.
Haven't found any link yet as this news is less than 2 minutes old
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

RIP Bobby, will be missed. :(
At least he got to see his beloved Cats play in a couple of more flags than most expected.

How good is this photo? One of the good things the AFL have done is get club legends to present the cup.

I used to enjoy his involvement in the channel 7 footy panel show on a Sunday morning in the late 80's and early 90's.

RIP Bob.

RIP Bob Davis

obviously a great at geelong

he always made me laugh when he was on tv, which included 'grumpy old men' on fox footy (as it was)

little known fact....Bob coached south adelaide for just over a month, (from outside of the ground) geelong would not realease him so he ended up going back to geelong
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Love the footage of Bobby with the cup, they showed it again this morning on tv. No way Tom Harley was ever going to get his hands on it!

Used to love his work on weekend footy shows as a kid.
