The sissification of the game continues
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

The sad thing is people still go to games and support it......when the crowd drops the AFL might have a rethink.

ATM they could not give a toss.

Arrogence at it's finest in Mr. A Demetreu/Anderson!!
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Adam McNicol: Jack Trengove will miss the next three matches.

Absolute joke!

I will be buying a thunderbirds membership next year and not renew my afc membership. It is a sad that there is more contested ball in netball these days than football!

Just get back to supporting an SANFL club,

football played in a much better style, better atmosphere at games as you have supporters from both sides there, you get to watch every game your team plays live at the ground, cheaper, and more up close and personal.

Get amongst it, Eat it!

just wondering...if the crows and port got a reserves team into the sanfl (and i hope they dont) how confused would their players be?

Because you see you have to earn your frees at sanfl level and not at the netball (sorry AFL) level.

One minute they are getting tackled with intent, next minute at afl they can play without fear of a mauler crunching them.

Maybe the sanfl umpires would be re-programed by anderson/demetriou and then our great style of letting the game go would be doomed.

Liked jacks comment that he will still play hard footy. Time will tell. Imagine if he gets pinched for a seemingly fair tackle and goes up again. Might get 6 weeks next time!!!

How exactly would that be different from now?
Crows or Port players that are dropped from their AFL side play in the SANFL now and have done for 20 years. :?

Stanly from the GC will get 400 games after his rough takle on Tambling. Like come on Stanly its not a contact sport..hang on a sec.

Seriously alot of those were just good hard tackles, if the Match review panel hand out or really look into those then christ they have lost the plot. Seriously maybe someone should issue big Andrew a please explain via twitter.

Jude Bolton pushing Robbie Gray into a ruck contest and breaking his nose was worse than the Trengove tackle. And Cloke dragging Ling to the ground after Ling tackled Cloke and dislocating Ling's shoulder, will that get looked at? I don't think so.

No, what I meant was the result of the tackle got Trengove in trouble, Dangerfield smacking his head on the ground. And he come off better than Gray and Ling. None of them should be reported.

Well Bolton must be the only person in the world skillful enough to push someone in the back and break their nose. Think it's time you started watching netball GWW.

Bloodly hell its like the AFL was concerned the MRP were not busy enough and did not see a return on there investment. Because now they'll have a bout 20 incidents after each game to go through after the precedence set by the trengrove decision.

Precedence is not a factor used by the MRP or the AFL Tribunal.
