well ive run it past the boss, explaining that at the moment im playing every friday @ average of $25 round multiply that by 12 = $300

this deal will enable me to that for $100 plus when i have my RDO i can get out there and play 9 or 18 holes then and the saving goes up again!!!!

SD, just read the offer and if you lived down south and not a member of a course, would be very enticing to take up. Very good marketing on their behalf. I know I have not been a supporter of TP in the past, but one thing they always had was an excellent social atmosphere and whilst the course is no Kooie or RA, it is a tough test of golf, especially when the greens are cut short. Like the idea that June, July & August, which traditionally would be their quiet months, they get extra people playing golf. So really, they have a $1,000 fundraiser at no expense to them.

And then having that little sweetner to go on with it with the 10% off full membership after the 3 months. Only thing that is dissapointing is no Handicap rights.

Make sure your cards are marked by someone with a handicap and you should be able to use them when you become a full member

My brother has booked a sunday morning round for us at Echunga this weekend... any info on the course at all? im assuming it would have a few hills and some heavily wooded areas just off the fairways..

its a nice course and not as bad as you imagine.

plays fairly short also from memory.
