League - 2nd Quarter

After the Eagles controlled most of the play this quarter, the Dogs go into attack and Alan Obst kicks his 3rd goal from the goal square, then Chad O'Sullivan kicks 2 points in a row !!

This is the first game I've listened to on radio for years. How can commentators not know whats going on.

Maybe don't worry about internet, AFL games and other SANFL games.

When it takes 2 people 30 secs to work out who has a free kick, I don't think they are paying close enough attention.

No. Just confirmed that 1 commentator has the CD v Eagles game live on his laptop, and he is keeping an eye on that. Great work. :roll:

Not much better on TV , one commentator is so annoying , no flow in his voice at all . No I am not an expert but he requires some work on it.

Well Alleway went off and then came back on with a big band of tape around his head.

If it wasnt for the blood rule why was his head taped mid quarter???



As for not knowing what a free kick was for ... please ... you telling me there is anyone on the planet
who 100% knows what the umpires are interpreting these days?

Our uncertainly was because some players ran one way, others the oppossite, so even the players were confused and the ball had been kicked downfiled in the opposite direction to where it turned out the free was suppossed to go.

But thanks for the feedback ... we try to do better in the 2nd half.

Have upset you Blacky? When I watch a game, I can normally tell who has a free kick. ;) Even with confusing umpiring.
