Not sure if your using that formula properly...

Your using the total bets placed as the investment, but in reality he has not forked out 3300 due to the returns.

It's like investing $500 in something that compounds weekly. Say you make $100 the first week, you then have $600 earning for you the next week.
You wouldn't say total investment has been 1100, its the initial 500.

So you’d use Dutchy’s initial pool of money or maybe Week 1 bets and that is your initial investment.

Lets have a look at the comp to date -

Ainslie and Clarence who would be much stronger than East Coast Eagles lost to by 77 and 71 points respectively to West Adelaide and Claremont.

Cant see any reason why this one wont go the same way. Esp with Surjan & Maric adding some AFL class against a team that will be full of amatuers.
