I don't think Kobe is the problem . Few others to contribute might help. There in big trouble when he's had 36 points in game one and still lost

kobe won't let this slip.

steve blake would be more useful playing in the forward pocket for the Gold Coast Suns than he is on a basketball court.

Commentators pointed this out, If he is passing up 3 pointers, then bench him was there exact words !

14 teams have come back from 0-2. 224 haven't. Three have come back from 0-2 going on the road.

Artest suspended for game 3, bloke is an Idiot. I'm not gonna right off the Lakers because u would be stupid to write off the back to back champs, but the way there all sooking in the media, about each other, about refs about plays. it makes it seem like they never expected to drop a game, I for one though Dallas was a better side in the beginning this year, but didn't think they would get both away games on the Lakers

You wouldn't be much of a Kobe or Lakers Hater now would ya? over their careers, and i know Kobe has played about a gazillion more years in the L, but Derrick Rose averages only 2 more assists per game that Kobe. not bad for a guy that dosn't pass, plays the 2 guard and not the point with a class player like Fisher running the point. i cant be bothered going through all the stats, but off the top of my head he's lead the team in assists for a majority of the last decade, something like 8 out of the last 10 seasons. sure, he takes a lot of shots, but 5 rings (2 without shaq) says he wins a lot of games.

Yeh I spose Kobe was the one who won them every title, nothing to do with the others around him. LA were going nowhere until they Got Gasol a couple years ago. You need more then Kobe to win a title. Kobe since he entered the NBA averages 3-5.9 assists per year. These playoffs 3.3. Ball Hog. Proved it int he all star game even when he had stars around him decided to do everything himself. Rose avg. 6 - 8 assists over his 3 years.

Shooters take shots.
That's what happens.

Kobe takes shots at the death - and they lose, people say he hogged the ball.
He doesn't take shots, and passes off - relying on team mates - people say he should've taken control.

Can't win.

Main issue Lakers lost was the fact that Bynum had a touch in only 14 of the Lakers (almost) 90 possessions.

Stop comparing Rose to Kobe FFS.
Point Guard vs Shooting Guard.

And please PLEASE don't use the "all star" game as a guide for ANYTHING.

I have no intention of watching the game. Just tell me now then. Jordan had no issue in passing the ball, same position, empthasied a "team" game.
