R1 - 1 should lead and almost run last.. main hopes are 4,8,9 from 2,6
R2 - Number 1 went like a cat at Pirie - lay it... take 3,4,7 in exotics for a result
R3 - 4,5,7 the main hopes (think the 1 will lead here) and is a place hope along with 6,9
R4 - 4 and 5 on top (1 will be 3 back the fence with NO gate speed, but is potentially the best horse).. 1,7,10 the place hopes
R5 - 2 should lead and goes better in front, so 2,5,7 the only real winning hopes
R6 - 2,3,9 the main hopes and I expect the 5 to go a bit better in this field (usually fool proof)
R7 - 1,2,8,9 the ones I like - with place hopes to 3,7
R8 - 1,5 on top from 2,3,7,8,9

R2 - 3,4,7 in quins and exactas
R5 - 7 place
R8 - 5 e/w

thanks for the advice i might have to take heed of it, the thing that turns me off the red hots over the years are the number of real short priced fav's, is that the case or am i wrong?

Lots of shortys due to the lack of depth of horses at the trots.
Too many runners who are genuine 100/1 shots running

i think you will find they have a lot of typo errors at the advertiser in regards to the prices

he may have layed the fav on betfair and was driving accordingly, or he thought his horse could outstay the fav the rest of the field.

I guess now he knows not to do that again!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is poor judgement - D Smith just doesn't do his form and know the horses that well, so he just puts pressure on when he shouldn't - he's just a poor driver...

Good result in R4 - had only 4 and 5 in my quaddie.. have 5 and 7 in the next leg.... so hoping for a result here...
