She was the first of the development umpires used by Flinders U this year. All have been excellent.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Is Adam Glenn playing Division 7 Reserves for SHOC? They will smash all the teams if that is the case.

That guy CAN play. If that's the case I'll change my pick and say the Mawson Lakes Masters and the Mitchell Park Maulers will fight for the right to finish 2nd to the College Boys.

Adam Glenn can play. Was Div 7 CHF in the team of the year last year and that is not the only position he can play, can literally play any spot on the field and did last year. I remember him kicking out from FB then being on the end of that passage of play in the forward lines a couple of times last season.

Who knows maybe he's playing Div 7R by choice for some reason or another but if it's due to selection or talent then SHOC's C grade must be phenomenal if he can't get a gig in it.

Any truth to the rumour a Modbury supporter headbutted the TTG coach during their game last round? Just read it on SAAFL website.

Could be his son? Remember Brenton the 'Hard at it' Back Flanker for the Legs back in the 80s. Did think the Klaebe's were originally from the Gullies anyway.

Did SHOC's Full Forward celebrate every one of his goals on the weekend with a Burger?

Reckon Angle Vale might have snuck under a few peoples guards, they have put up some impressive scores early on in the season.

Can confirm it was his son. Didn't go to bad either. Don't remember Klaebe being from the Gullies but he might have been. Was good to catch up and have a beer with an old sparring partner.

That's a lot of Burgers  The College lads Full Forwards will have 100 goals stiched up by just over the half way point of the season going at this rate of knots.

most of the talk has been about mawson and shoc with most punters agreeing they are the best two
as for ovies,i dont believe their has been once that we have big noted or said we are good
what we have done is let people know where we are at and how things are going since we have alot of support from outside the club and we let them know whats happening
we have also had people saying that we would fold before the season ends and that we are making up numbers and are irrelevant
so for us to let people know we are still here is making noise well i suppose we are
we stand as one
we fight as one
we win and lose as one
we are one

I dont think he was implying other clubs were, i think he was more just talking about the way Mitchell Park were going about there business.
As for the Ovingham thread, i think the club has every right to be making plenty of noise on it, considering:

a) it is a thread dedicated to the footy club
b) the progress the club has made in the past 6 months.
c) to create awareness to others about the hard work going on behind the scenes at the club
d) to promote the club

Simple way if you want to avoid "hearing the noise" DONT CLICK ON THE THREAD!

klaebe was originally from payneham - had some flowing locks as well in his young days.

Was probably the best we have played since the days of yore mate! Really gelled as a team in the second half - we were only a goal up at half time. If you get the chance come and watch the two young Brads play, they really have stepped up and grown into men this year. Schnieds would be in the top 2 or 3 in the B&F and has lost a stack of weight. Possum is also playing the best footy of his young career and has settled into a nice cosy half back role.

Me? Nah, struggled a bit on the weekend, had the proverbial man flu. I do want to maintain that 2 gl/game average though as you would be aware MPFC have been quite one "Luke" dimensional over the years. It was really good to see a spread of goal kickers on Saturday.
dee man wrote:travelling nicely without making loud noice

Still a few teams ahead of us mate and they are rightly making all the noise. SHOC, ML and Angle Vale and TTG would all be at shorter odds than us.

was hoping to get down when we have the bye but noticed you have it the same round
but we have had our match against walkerville in the last game of the first round moved to the friday night at walkerville so i will try my hardest to get their for that game
if you and the lads are not doing anything on the friday night would be good to see if you could catch our match as well
have been following the young lads and am rapt with their growth
rapt that i might have had a small part
