LEAGUE - 2nd quarter

Chris Gowans now injured for Central with a corked thigh, Yves Sibenaler has come on and gone to full forward...

Central - 9.2 = 56

Glenelg - 3.5 = 23

The big man Maric earns a free kick in the goal square and drills the Magpies fourth...back to back goal have them right back in this just one point in arrears of the Bloods and outmuscling them at the moment

Glenelg get a goal back after a questionable free kick awarded to Roury Kirkby, he slots his 1st for the day...

But, the Dogs go back down the other end and Matty Westhoff kicks his 1st, the Dogs 10th of the game...

anbody interested in under 16 matches he is the final socres from the west vs port match at richmond.

west adelaide 0.1.1 6.4.40 11.4.70 15.5.95
port adelaide 2.2.14 3.4.22 6.9.45 8.12.60


port kicked the first 3 goals of the match before west kicked 111 of the next 12 goals
to lead by a game high 41 points, 13 mintutes into the 3rd quarter
port got back to within 12 points about five mintutes into the last quarter before west kicked away

According to RPH, it was James, not Chris - could you please check this, Phil?
Thankfully he is back on the ground now though.

Half time here at Alberton and it's the Bloods 5-5 (35) to Port 4-9 (33) just two points in it and a most willing affair.

I'm sure Port supporters are wishing the other half of their One Port Adelaide could play with as much venom as this half is at the moment!!

This is a great contest and a great example of pure SANFL football................great contest by both teams.

Chris is back out there after running it out, James is on the nbench testing his ankle - he has had some issues with it previously...

centrals should run this out comfortably from here even with the injury concerns they have

Did Dutschke knee look a bad one ? Obviously Sibenalar is only the slightest of hamstrings if he is back out there . So really the injuries are not as bad as seemed .

Any one wish to post the crowd sizes at each game .

Bays getting flogged against 16 fit centrals players. Couple of times the injured player has been left alone for 50 metres, resulting in a couple of goals. Absolutely pathetic!
