Found an interesting little stat - third quarters most certainly is Glenelg's stumbling block this season with only one goal in three games, while this is Centrals second best-performing quarter (behind Q1 with +44 difference).

Image

With that in mind, though, Glenelg totally excels in final quarters this year with 15.13 to 5.5.

The Dogs' quarter-by-quarter stats tell an interesting tale, where it appears they unleash right from the get go at the start and after half time with fresh legs, but by the next quarter seem to lose all their run....

Image

Mark Mickan would want to be extremely mindful of that third quarter difference.

Genuinely looking forward to this match.

CENTRAL'S RESERVES:

From: Bottin-Noonan, Claughton, Cullen, Duncan, Edmead, Grace, Hannath, Haydon, Hood, Hynes, Molynuex, Musolino, O'Sullivan, Prior, Prowse, T.Schiller, Slattery, Templeton, Vater, M.White, N.White, Wittwer

Great to see Chad O'Suulivan named for the Dogs for the first time since that broken leg in the 09 Grand Final. Good lukc Sully.

Well done to my little brother on making his first centrals reserve team, didn't get asked by port magpies to even train with reserves squad after last year winning the under 18s goal kicking as a mid fielder half forward. After being injured the first few weeks he plays this week. When centrals reserves play north I hope he plays well and they just lose

I assume you are talking about Bradley Hood Joker?

I saw him play for Central's reserves in the trial games at the start of the year and was very impressed with his forward pressure and for a little fella, he can sure tackle.

Has pace to burn as well, is super quick and certainly impressed me from what I saw of him. Good luck to him for sure...
