I leave the room at quarter time, come back and NZ are flogging Cairns now. 17-0 run but Cairns are shooting terribly.

Breakers up 41-27 at the half. Good to see Ten send Gaze/Carfino over to do the game.

The NBL went back to best of three GF series last season but I much preferred the best of five for the GF series. There were some great GF series during that short period:

2004-Kings def Razorbacks 3-2
2005-Kings def Hawks 3-0
2006-Tigers def Kings 3-0
2007-Bullets def Tigers 3-1
2008-Tigers def Kings 3-2
2009-Dragons def Tigers 3-2

Now in second period of OT. Amazing finish to the first OT, with Cairns hitting a deep 3 pointer on the buzzer.

Awesome game of basketball. Some massive shots by both Braswell and Dorsey. First double overtime game in GF history.

Not sure been a bit of talk Homicide could go to the 36ers but I think they're mainly focused on Schenscher.

30 mins until the big game!

Yeah now that Gleeson has left the Crocs supposedly he's reasonably keen to come back. I'd prefer Big Luke out of the two but both would be fantastic. Those two plus Ballinger regardless of what the bench is would be an outside contender I think.
