Yes there will be some pubs/clubs open past 12 on good friday. I think it's only a selected few tho

Some do manage to get special licences. I am pretty sure the Vic at O'Halloran Hill will be open past midnight.

Few and far between though as a lot of pubs actually use Good Friday to have staff parties.
