Pura Cup SA v TAS

First Class Cricket Talk (International and State)

Postby mighty_tiger_79 » Thu Mar 01, 2007 6:29 pm

i wandered down to the oval today, not sure what i was expecting.

the first half hour we were racing along, especially D Harris, he was cruising then OUT.

Boof came to the crease and as mentioned we got to 1/86 and then the wheels fell off.

COSGROVE he is the next one that is in line for a demotion.

he came in before lunch and did well to not let his stomach take control of his mind, he battled it out till lunch.

5 mins before the resumption from the lunch break he was on the oval getting balls thrown at him, obviously getting his eye in and trying to feel how it actually feels to use the bat.

second over after lunch OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! didnt offer a shot and got what he deserved. he got out 7 mins after resuming from lunch, surely he wasnt hungry so soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he wasnt the only one that was terrible today but now ELLIOTT is out, he's next!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Matty Wade is a star and deserves more respect from the forum family!

It's not bothering me. I'm quite happy for Tasmania to win this one outright. I want them to win the whole thing. I'm just not sure what the NSW game has to do with a thread titled "Pura Cup SA v Tas".

How am I supposed to rub it in to the Redbacks if I start a new thread? You guys are so blinkered the only people who would even go into the thread would be mal and maddogmike.

Congratulations. This is possibly the most stupid comment I've read on this forum, and that is really saying something!!!!

Just some frustration vented at the time, but our win/loss record wouldn't be any worse would it........

Go Cossie and go the Redbacks. Let's hope they fight back and deny the Tigers six points. [-o<
