Im hoping Udinese and Napoli can stay in the top 4 and then put in good performances in the CL next season to show just how strong Italian football is.
If Juve are no hope of a CL spot come the last game im sure they wouldnt mind convieniantly losing if it meant Napoli won the league 8-[

Yeah that when they played on basicly on a swimming pool, while lazio played on a beautiful sunny day, juve lost 1-0 and lazio won 3-0 against reggina and won the title by a point. Now I will be the first to say that the juve match shouldn't of taken place, but seeing that was only our second ever title and the only one in my life time (currently) and I was able to give it to all my juve mates from school, I will stick with the "football is football and that was totaly fair" line ;)

I love watching the Italian league but you have to face the facts, its an ordinary league and definately not a strong league. To not have a side left in either of the top european comps speaks volumes.

yeah but seeing that an Italain side won the champions league last year kind of makes that a mute point, so just asking btw does that mean the epl and la liga were ordinary comps cause they had no teams in the final??

but yes ever since 2006 and the fixing scandel the league did go down in quality but it is starting to come back up now and quality is getting back to what it was in the old days.

Agree with most points. Definately a cyclical thing and Italian football is on the rise. Yes Inter won europe last year but they were better than anything else in Italy by a country mile. A lot better comp this season and still a good league. Everyone raves about the spanish league but if you took barca and real madrid out the rest is fairly average. Is abit of a mute point about best league but FWIW still think EPL is marginally ahead. If the EPL and Serie A went head to head with respective table positions id expect the EPL sides to win nearly all of them

I seriously call la liga the SPla liga, cause just like scotland its a 2 team comp and your right beside's real and barca its a boring average league. With the best leagues it goes in cycles. Btw i know inter where miles ahead i was just using ur point.

Ladesma had to go and get himself sent off and Pepe does the 1 thing he will do all season and scores in the 88th mintue. Not only that Lazio completly domintated juve they really had 2 chances and 1 of them scored.

Umm pels sorry but lets hope the gypsies get pumped by milan, they can have the title also lets hope the gypsies and juve just stop and do nothing. MASSIVE MASSIVE game Udinese V Lazio winner will almost qualify for the last section of qualifying for the champions league, which will also be last time italy has 4 spots cause of the co-efficent.

Brescia Catania 1 - 2
Cagliari Cesena 0 - 2
Genoa Sampdoria 2 - 1
Inter Fiorentina 3 - 1
Juventus Chievo 2 - 2
Lecce Napoli 2 - 1
Palermo Bari 2 - 1
Roma Milan 0 - 0
Udinese Lazio 2 - 1

Milan 78
Inter 72
Napoli 68
Udinese 62
Roma 60
Lazio 60
Juventus 57
Palermo 53
Fiorentina 49
Genoa 48
Cagliari 44
Chievo 43
Catania 43
Parma 42
Bologna 41
Cesena 40
Lecce 38
Sampdoria 36
Brescia 31
Bari 21

Milan are champions, have been the most consistent team over the journey and fully deserve the scudetto
Inter & Napoli have qualified for the CL, more than likely will finish 2nd & 3rd respectively.
Udinese went a long way to securing 4th spot by beating Lazio on the weekend, But still all to play for as Roma & Lazio are still a chance of getting 4th spot and final CL spot

Bari & Brescia are relegated and Sampdoria are in big trouble and they finished 4th last season unbelievable

They are sitting down in the bottom half of Serie B. They are a few points clear of relegation zone and a few points from promotion playoff spot. Reckon there is about 3 or 4 games left in season

If Udinese get into CL it would be very hard to get Sanchez.... and very expensive. hes a great talent, since that 4 goal haul against Palermo he has gone from strength to strength. Sanchez and Di Natale the sole reason Udinese are in the position they are in.

Speculation Ibra heading to City to link up with his old boss Mancini. He would be an absolute force in EPL with his physicality and skill. Also rumours that Juve have signed Pirlo on bosman for 3 years. great news if it is in fact true.
