Been trying times at Alberton mate, easy to find positives in little things.

Booney for what it is worth Port I think are better than last year but I also think North with a better game plan and a couple of decent recruits in Backwell and Miles are improved too.

The SANFL so far has served up some very close contests and it seems that 2011 could be very even across the board. As I always say - time will tell?

Yep i think all 9 times are currently pretty even and on their day can beat each other.

The true test will be once injuries start affecting sides, depth is going to play a massive part in this years ladder positions.

After watching Centrals molest South on Saturday, I still think there is a far gap between some teams.

**** 'em.

Even if they did put in that request, why Thursday night? There's no game scheduled for Sunday and given the holiday Monday, it still could have been fixtured at night.

Oh sorry, that would have robbed you of your jibe. L-)

Sigh, they requested the Sunday for the North game as the Power were playing on Saturday (I wasn't referring to the Thursday). Probably some issue with public transport for their fans or something.

Hence why North and the SANFL should say **** 'em next year, do them a favour and people still find something to whinge about.
