29 points is largest lead of the game... North have finishers ... Port do not.

Loved White's vision to see Gill and not blaze away.

26 mins gone

North clear via Thring, Lokan gets in the way, under harassment still finds Carr but kick to centre wing down Ivens' throat.

Switches side to Gallman to Gill who is killing them but before he can kick inside 50 SIREN GOES

THREE QUARTER TIME

NORTH 11.7.73
PORT 6.8.44

Roosters by 29 points

Eagles will have the worst of the six teams tied for fourth on 2 premiership points.

Unless Port go on to loose by 70-80 pts or so.

3rd term about to get underway here at Prospect Oval...

North lead by 29 points, with North kicking 3.1 and Port 1.3 in that 3rd term...

Port take the first clearance but North turn it over and take it into attack where Matt Lokan thumps it over the line in front of Stewart...

From the boundary throw in Clint Alleway has a grubber shot at goal but misses for a behind. North get possession back from the Port kick out and go back inside 50 again...

Ball out of bounds in the north eastern pocket again, from the throw in, Port recieve a free kick and head down the outerside wing. They then look to centre it before going deep inside 50 where Cain Ackland takes a strong mark.

North on the attack now, going through the cricket pitch area and into 50 but Port's defence holds up and they clear down the members side wing, eventually seeing the ball out of bounds in front of the Taj

Ball back in the middle after that great running goal from Ryswyk, his 2nd for the day...

Port win the clearance and go into attack through Milera but a great defensive effort from Keller sees North clear it to centre wing throught the fluro boots waering Teasdale...

Free kick against Mason in the ball up sees the Maggies go forward, a free to Mercer at about 52m out dead in front, sees him lining up for goal.

Mercer's shot on goal fails to make the distance but is marked in the square by Luke Harder in a pack situation. He goes back for the shot on goal and kicks it...

9 minutes in...

North - 12.8 = 80

Port - 7.8 = 50
