Sorry Vaughan, your side are in for a long bleak winter! Did I see you picked in team of the week, or something like that?

MC you may be starting to regret this comment about TV now after successive wins may be looking to slot into a spot in the 5

Torrens Valley would be doing more than just making the 5 if they didn't lose Gunning and McDowell from last year.

Lets see after the first round of matches when they have played the likes of Mt Barker and Blackwood. Still happy to bet they won't make the finals but if their coach decides to take up the option I might have trouble covering it!

Tigers performance was very poor against Torrens Valley. Well down on previous weeks. Don't think Torrens Valley can play much better than they did unless they have got some quality locals to come in (highly unlikely). Already maxed out their point allocation yesterday so surely if Neely and any other recruit comes in a recruit will have to sit out. Given some of the results so far i still think Torrens Valley have got a fair bit of work to do before they can claim that 5th spot.

Can I ask who you have for fourth spot?

That's 8 out of there best 21 (their best 8 with Josh hill yet to play aswell) gone all over the one summer! TV's team from last year would of been a certainty to make the 5 in central. But having said that, it is enjoyable to see hughesys mob cop a belting after copping one in last yrs GF

DKL only mentioned losing 2 blokes that had left, so I see your point. But I also think you'll find that Lofty won that third flag in 2008 with most of the exodus happening soon after that, since then we've had 2 seasons. A bookie that's rubbish with numbers, see the irony?

At this stage last years form still plays a big part in the calculations and would have to have Mount Barker, Uraidla, Mt Lofty and Blackwood as the top 4 sides.
