I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that GAME and EB are selling it for $89.

Not sure what you mean by running sheet - but I looked everywhere for a sign saying 'order now' before release and there wasn't one. Just racks of PS3, Wii etc versions ready to go.
Just looked on their website and it say pre-order, so maybe I was seeing things, but I swear it was the real deal they had there.
I was in that EB shop in victor on sunday, looked at the AFL game. If you look at the shelf its on its in the Order Now section...plus, if you look on the back of the games cover, in the bottom corner where the barcode should be, it says "Display only"...
Thats how they display upcoming games, i guess because people are more likely to pick them up if it looks like they can actually buy it then and there...

And yes - even though my missus is an AFL fan it's going to be very hard convincing her that I should spend $108 smackers on a video game.

Like ya thinking there mate, doesn't really work for Playstation games though unfortunately. Has been known to work for dvd's and cd's though......

I actually played the game at EB games the other day. I played the first quarter and was winning but after that I just stopped playing because I lost interest.
