Correct. Left farmers after a falling out last season with the coach, because he drunk a 6 pack before an A grade game and was dropped the next week.
Doesn't care about bettering himself or playing at the highest level he can, waste of talent IMO.

Thats funny, it is all right for the coach to rock up to training blind or get smashed at the club on a saturday night. Maybe that sends out the wrong idea. Probably left for the same reason everybody leaves.

The coach was David Payne. i don't remember ever seeing him turn up to training blind or getting smashed on a Sat night.

I agree, Ingle Farm's pond is not that much bigger than North Pines, but player in question has gone from Para Hills (Div3 in 2009) to Ingle Farm (Div 6 in 2010) to North Pines (Div 7 in 2011). It's much easier for people to justify a player leaving a club if they are going to play in a higher grade. As long as he is enjoying his footy that's all that matters.

 Why, because 3 blokes did their tips for the week? Apologies for showing interest in your division. Happy to withdraw from the tips if you want, they're very predictable each week anyway...;)

Just an observation champ, no need to get all sandy.

More a reflection on MPFC's lack of profile than anything.

You see, this profession is filled to the brim with unrealistic mother ****! Mother **** who thought their ass would age like wine. If you mean it turns to vinegar, it does. If you mean it gets better with age, it don't.

As you now play for Ovingham you would not have been there. Have it on good authority that it happened and is now on last warning by club and i'm sure theres plenty of people that know Payney out there laughing at your suggestion that he would not be at the club drinking

Possibly there are people out there laughing, but i was by no means suggesting anything, i merely said i don't remember ever seeing it happen. Obviously that's not to say it didn't.

As for Stef though, he was in the wrong, he got punished and he sooked like a baby giraffe. Drinking a 6 pack before an A grade game is poor form. From memory, it was only a few games into Payney's coaching tenure at the farmers.

I guess the moral of the story is he could be playing much higher than he is and it's disappointing to see.
