Gilb is a good player. Think he won Roopenas best under 21 a few years ago but hasn't made the best choices over the years. Sadly.

Hopefully third best means he has got his act together.

A 15-16 year old getting $120 a game to play in EEFL.

Actually I think that this story has been mis interpreted. The only way a 15-16 would get $120 a game in the EEFL is if he was to umpire A grade games.

fernbee, pugsly, gav rehn, baldock
not sure good, best and umpire go that well together in a sentence.
but one that i thought was fair and fairly neutral was dave adamson i have watch him umpire at whyalla and mortlock which takes out my bias and he goes alright

i cant believe im going to say this, the one with the mullet cut calls it ok

ok lets get off the umpires as they have no place in our game

Don't disagree with you. The thing with Ferby was he was just plain crazy, Gav Rhen, well, enough said.

I think if they perform well at association games, it's usually a good indication of how good they can be?

h2o monitor for the colts and the B grade, letting the umpires know when they have made the wrong decision (in my opinion)

He played mortlock a few year back in Whyalla and would play in most A grade teams in the state if he had his head in the right place and worried about playing footy and not pumping the chest out to the women sitting watching him. He can definitely play!

So just a lazy day at the office then?

And on the young lad allegedly getting paid big dollars, the only way Bluesy would have been in the know is if it was a Wayback player... So the question is, has any EEFL clubs picked up a 15-16 y.o. Waybacker?
