Almost keen to put money on Jervois beating Imps this weekend.

Just because being under lights there will be plenty of bugs around and there used to that at Jervois with the fly's. Maybe an upset on the cards???

Hope its a good game. Keen to have a look but dont want no one sided affair

Noticed Gary Karpany kicking 3 out of 5 goals for Tailem, this guy is going to thrill crowds in the RMFL. Any freakish goals amongst the 3?

think you might have this one bit wrong imps will win very comfortably. very smart in moving ball from defence straight through mid field to the big man trewin who is going to wreak some havock in the forward lines this year. To the standard sport reporter in regards to this guys weight doesnt out way his ball skills and his marking ability. Believe they still have a couple of good players still to come in to the side. Very good coach and seetled side at the blues camp will make them very big contenders for the flag. Will be good to see the ramblers / imps game saturday but due to work committments may not be able to be there. My money is on the blues

Yeah mate, never actually thought imps would lose to Jervois, just a bit of fun poked at them as they play on a cow paddock.

Trewen is a handy player aswell, big boy with a big heart. I know him well and he will never be intimidated by no one.

Good to see the RMFL is going to be a bit more even this year. Jervois werent to far of imps and then Mypo beating meninge is good for the comp as the bears should be improved (although havent shown it) from last year.

Tailem are still a worry but i'm sure they will improve with some absolute guns, pity there second tier players are about 4th tier in the good sides

Got out to the Mypo v Meningie game on Sat. Was a high standard effort from both sides, & both clubs would have pulled up a bit sore too I would think, especially Mypo! (Geez they look young). I see Adam Eckermann didn't play at Port this weekend, anyone know why? If they get him at any stage, they could be a real dark horse, as I spoke to some mates who pointed out a couple of blokes who were still sitting on the sidelines for them who look very fit & haven't played a game yet! (assuming 1 was McDonnell). Will be very interesting to see how they go against the league bench mark this week, Mannum.

I heard Chris Ladhams gave his team a real serve at three quarter time for not following his instructions. It may well have been appropriate but I think he also needs to look in his own back yard. Starting a young kid on Trewen and letting Luke Harrowfield run around like an unregistered dog were directly related to his coaching and had a major bearing on the game. If Ladhams is genuine about improving Jervois he will try to get to see both Ramblers and Mannum play this week while they have the bye to upskill himself on who are the key players in opposition sides.
I can assure you that both Trewen or Harrowfield will be closely targetted by Ramblers this week.

Seen the game Satdy night and imps looked reasonable but never really pressed to their full ability i dont believe. Luke Harrofield was awesome and took some good marks and kicked some good goals at crutial times in the game when Jervois where looking to challenge for the lead. Trewin caught everything that came his way and will only continue to get better and better as the season gets on and he gets fitter. would of had 4 majors i think at 1/4 time if he could have kicked a little straighter and would of finished the game with 6 or 7 instead of 3 or 4. Imps back line was again good and kept Jervois pretty well under wraps with there full back awesome again. with a few left to come into the side they should have a pretty good season

Adam Eckermann wont play for Mypo. Very close to League selection. Could not play for personal reasons last week.

I must admit I have been one who has made some negative comments about Trewen. He has begun to change my view with a terrific effort on Saturday night. However, the opposition was a little suspect. I will be converted to a Trewen lover if he can kick 5 against a much stiffer Ramblers defence this week. Best of luck Justin.

You are pretty quick to make your judgements on players FTO you give him 1 maybe 2 trial games to make an impact in which both games i believe he kicked goals maybe not lots but goals are goals when your side did not kick alot of goals in either trial game. Time will tell i guess.

Nah, you wont shut that idiot up. He'd have to lose 10kg and have a 10 goal game before Dalwood will give him any credit

Four weeks was the early prognosis although some slight bi-lateral tearing towards the vastus intermedius indicates a small centro-distrinsic problem, which may exacerbate the problem.
