A few "unlucky" omissions-

R.Hopkins WYC
P.McGowran Keswick
Langmaid Coro
Murphy Sth Rd/West
McKay ICC/WYC
go back a few more years and id add these bowlers
J.Williams Warradale
W.Jones Ramblers
D.Marsh Plympton
some serious pace amongst them, both williams & jones big wicket takers and quick, marsh seriously quick

Outright win - not really, a win will do.
Going to be tight though - from Keswick down to Plympton can still make it.
What's your thought's on who the top 4 might be ?

WYC
Keswick
Westminster
ICC

no change to top 4

Tend to agree Bay Boy, Plympton & Morphy Pk need either WOS or ICC to lose, one plays Nth Haven and the other plays Warradale so you would have to think that they would win, meaning that Plympton or Morphy pk would need an outright.
Plympton play Keswick, could win but tough to get an outright win.
Morphy Pk play Mitchell Pk - could happen.

outright could b very possible for morphys, smoker's been injured and hasnt played the last 4 games, there bowling depth would be pretty weak id imagine.

The problem there VC is that their day never seems to come around. Thomas bowls too short and the others dont seem to have gelled. Badly lacking a spinner sine Johnsy left. I think they will win, but on 1st innings only, an end up missing out.

so u dont think its possible at all rooster? if they do happen to click, for the rest of the yr. id think they'd win outright, and cause a fair stir in the finals... and as for spinners, unfortunately the whole comp lacks in the spin bowling department. has been 1 or two decent 1's over the past several yrs!

Should be a interesting day's play this week,

Can WOS bowl Nth Haven out for under 150 and keep there finals hope's alive ?
Can Morphy PK make 195 to still give them a chance ?
ICC - 225, is that enough against Warradale to keep there finals hope's alive ?
Plympton gone !!!!!

Give us your thought's guy's !!!

VC - I see that Mitchell Park scored a few against Morphy's, albeit with only two batsman making runs - you might have been around the mark otherwise !

I'm sure you know the saying Madrooster, " catches wins matches "
From what i hear catches were dropped ( roughly 4-6 ).
VC comments about Morphy Pk being the best bowling attack on there day won't happen if the fieldsmen don't hold there catches.

Did you get a bowl VC ?

very true rooster... 2 very good knocks saved mitchell pk being rolled for alot cheaper. but as boss said, when players drop simple catches it doesnt help! still innings is off to a good start. looking good for the 6 points at least. westminster look on the back foot too which is handy, and i wouldn't be surprised if warradale come close to icc's total! if we can sneak in the 4 it'll b game on for the flag!!
nah boss, no bowl sat, underrated bowler i think... ;-) thought u would have known that though?? ;-)

How i would i know if you bowled or not VC, i don't even know who you are.

Was asking due to the fact that you said that on there day Morphy Pk bowlers were the best in the Asscoation, thought you may have been one of those bowlers.

Just been playing B's mate,he played for Wright who worked at the Clipsal, would think finals will return to the normal line up.

Mate,at least a nice way to finish off the year with the bat.Now to win, finish with 2 wins and end up 5th.Hurts when we have lost 2 games this year with opposition 9 down going past us.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

VC - 6 down in the second innings, a lead of 80 odd, didn't you give yourselves enough overs to bowl them out.
D Hibberd 150 odd must have been good to watch ?

WYC v ICC - WYC to win easy.
KESWICK v WOS - Keswick in a close one.

And then WYC to win flag.

What do you reckon guy's.
