Yeah Darren is coachin the Magoos. 20+ goal win in his 1st game. He has a great squad though, Bs will be right up around the mark this year

Possibly at some stage during the year, I'm not that keen on that thing they do during the week though :D

What? Drink? :p

El's will come play a few when hes down from the mines i think, umm Andy DeKort is captain, Plugger Troy Perrett, Mick Richards i hope is gonna play a few games. Thats all i can think of that u might know.
The rest are like me, about about 30. Few younger lads thrown in, good mix.

Unforunately, you'll find that you may not get many Triple Headers out of Scotch or any other college side though because colleges playing on school grounds can only do triple headers in school holidays (5 or 6 weeks of the season) as they don’t get access to their oval until noon because of Junior football being played.
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

Ridiculous we will be playing Fitzroy tomorrow as a trial. And they can't sanction the game so it's worth points

I gets the feeling were gonna get screwed the most when/if they fix up the draw!

Gotta earn your stripes, C's won so the right call was made maybe? Just needs to keep performing and persisting, a quality guy to have on the training track though. Just needs to do the right thing and there should be sunshine ahead.

Just on that, there are probably 30-35 blokes who could all do a job in the C's, and many of which are similar height and "Utilityish" types. He is hard at the ball and will run through brick walls, could play in either a Pocket or Flank at either end, hold down Full Back or Centre Half Back if required and uses the footy well so on the ball is also an option. A player like that wouldn't be far out of the Higher grades I would think. But there are a few blokes who have been around for a few years with the runs on the board that do a similar job, Clancy's foot skills and Strength probably make him the better prospect, so again it will just be about waiting for his time.

Heck it's a long season and Injuries and work commitments play a huge role through out the year, then the movement above also impacts what happens. Round Two, almost at Full Strength in all Grades (sorely missing the Pag) this is almost as good as it gets for Salisbury's D grade with blokes like himself and Steve Hawking new to the club and working there way through the grades.

So Kilburn are in as of this week.
Id hope we would be getting the 2 points for the forfeit!! very unfair to us and Fitzroy to lose a game on every other side.

Yes that is very unfair, hopefully as the season plays it's course the best sides make finals- not teams advantaged by an extra game.
Unley play Fitz in a triple header this Sat - RL I'll see ya there

We got up by a few points over a lot stronger Plympton. The rain really brought them back into the game.
