Luke Brown Wins Round 1 Powerade Star Search Award

Many congratulations to Luke...fantastic reward on his debut League game :-bd :ymapplause:

...Luke Brown debuted at League level on Saturday, April 2, against the Magpies. The 18 year old started in a back pocket before having a run on the wing in the second half and later moving in midfield. Luke kicked Norwood's winning goal with a 50m kick on the run, moments into time on. He had 19 disposals (11 kicks and eight handballs), four tackles and three marks throughout the match.

Congratulations Luke, a great debut, kicking the winning goal...

I'd suggest this is not surprising from those within Norwood as he was very impressive in the trial games I saw him play...

Thanks for the hint JAS, I realise that is it's purpose, but through force of habit I just submitted it as I don't preview every single post, plus I actually shut down my computer immediately after posting it.

I would have realised it was too big now when I got on the site and would have changed it had it not been done already.

Enjoy him while you can Redlegs supporters because he wont be with us next year.
I don't suppose the Crows would recognize such an outstanding talent just for a change ? I guess if he was wearing an Eagles jumper they might !
