Interesting to see all the Peckers coming home to Roost
Went out to Ravendale last night 38 A and B graders at training
which was good to see.
Good news that Frankie will play a few games for us when he's not rostered to work.

My son is looking at buying a block at either Poonindie or Point Boston. They are about the same price. I told him to go for the Point Boston while they are so cheap. Is there any reason why they are so cheap and why he shouldnt buy out there?

I've done a fair bit of work out there(point boston) and the place is not too bad,
pros:
. Heaps of native wildlife and fauna/flora
. Great views
. Most restrictions now abolished, so some more normal houses are possible.
. Good roads, facilities(peninsula club, beach shelter etc)
. Price
. Good area for expansion(with the view of the mining coming up that coast)

Cons:
. Still 20 mins from Lincoln
. Loads of flies
. Extra cost in plumbing due to having to have a biolytics system
. Freezing when is blowing east or anything near that.
. Still some building restrictions
.

Very interesting clearance today, Addison Lands to Tumby Bay..

And the Peckers, won't even clear 40 year old Rob Flavel back to EU where he started his footy, disgraceful.
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

Should be a good game MP the Eagles will be tough around the ball but I reckon you guys
should be quicker if you can keep it flowing. Im not sure if KD is playing for Yeelanna today
Im sure he would enjoy playing against his cousins.
