Last year's grand final was:

Of those eight numbers, the last four refer to the round and match (eg round 27, match 01) but those first four must refer to the competition id. So today's game would have to be XXXX0101. Anyone good at cracking stuff like this?

I thought the SANFL Iphone app sounded too good to be true. Hopefully they can get that sorted out as it would be pretty handy and I don't have to steal budgets to try and find out who 'A' is despite the tradition that goes with that.
