Why worry yourself over it ? Nobodys problem but Portland's, dont obsess over it

I spoke to the coach personally tonight, and he explained the benefits of playing them, and why they played...and thats our business.

Raided TTG ??? Boy.... shows just how much you actually know...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Tried to raid but they were contracted ;) The Williams would have been very handy indeed in Div 3.

16 year old kid from broken hill - built like a brick-Sh!thouse. Play cricket with him and will be playing footy against him this year i imagine!

I think the Lad has only had one run and cramped up a bit in that one. He is a big unit for 16 though, i think he went ok though, so hopefully you can get to catch up with him throughout the year.
Sorry people I only deal in facts!

When was anything said on here about the game last week.

Who did you play Muffler i knew nothing of the game, care to enlighten us on how the game unfolded?

Played scotch on sat had 28 players in the magoos 70% were c grade/ d grade very ordinary second half and went down by a goal after resting 8 b grade players in the second half and some going up to play in the second game.
The a's had 10 out from last trial and in total 12 and had b and c grade sitting on the bench. Fantastic last qtr and got up by 3 goals. Scotch were pretty gd ran the ball well. Still got abit to do come rnd 1.

How was the new blonde Ruckman for Scotch?

I was only watching, but looked to me like he would be reasonable. Don't think Scotch's usuall ruckman (Bourne) is playing this year, so he'll be a handy in for them. Not much of him though, so will struggle body on body around the ground.

Scotch had some good young lads running around, inparticular #7 a big forward, 18 y.o., great pair of hands, will be good if they can keep him around. Their presure around the ball was good all day, and if you listen to them - they won by 2 points ;) we had us up by 3 goals with a strong last quarter, but who's counting.

Don't think our 2 trials could have been more conflicting, we looked great against Walkies, and pretty average against Scotch. Round 1 will be the real test though, if FP are as good as what's said on here...

Spoke with a friend who was at the Birdwood v Para Hills game and said both teams matched up very well and that PH were very good in the first half but faded away to end up losing by about 6 goals.
Mentioned they were a very small side but ran the ball very well and was extremely impressed with 'the little asian guy in the middle who had plenty of it'
(Im assumed he was talking about Thach?) But may have read somewhere on here, he wasnt at Para Hills anymore??
And by all reports on here PH are as good as relegation bound?
What is going on down there?
