Should have all GF teams in PDCA wear black armbands this week for death of common sense , that would send a message !

Lets look at the facts..

Never been reported, never been warned. Threw out one 'F' Bomb in the middle of a sentence that came purely out of frustration and emotion.
Didn't swear directly to the umpire, didn't swear at or to a player.
Semi Final - emotions run high, intense game, IMPORTANT game.

Was honest, admitted to the swear word, was apologetic, didnt hide from the fact, yet still the PDCA give him a game!?!

Mean while in the Grade 4 game not 100m away, we nearly have a couple all in brawls, swear words and abuse fly left right and centre, very heated, and no reports!!! WHERE IS THE CONSISTANCY!?!?!

They had there mind up before anything was said.. I dont know what to say really as i was confident he would get off... Going to be a interesting night next wed as there could be a few of us not playing in pdca anymore...its just a joke that it wasnt a warning and more of a joke the tribunal admitted it was extreme..well thats why your the ******* tribunal, to be able to overturn stupid reports or downgrade it or suspended sentence...******* jam your protical... I know 3 or 4 of us are out of pdca as we speak so bring on sat....

Sorry lads and its sad to hear that for Duane BUT i told you the PDCA tribunal was a joke but everyone dismissed it as us having sour grapes and that we didnt help ourselves etc etc etc.

You were always going to need a fair few witnesses otherwise the current verdict was always going to stand.

The PDCA tribunal already has a pre determined outcome the tribunal hearing is nothing more than following correct procedure.

Maybe people will stand up and see the truth behind these people from now on.

UNFORTUNATLY 2 PEOPLE WONT BE PLAYING GF'S WHO SHOULD BE!!!!

Wow, thats really harsh..... but you have to admit the PDCA exec was put in a fairly bad position though - They have to be seen to be backing their umpire to a certain degree - even though its a ridiculous report. Hopefully the umpire in question will find himself on the outer next season when they realise that some umpires can be trouble makers as well......

We didnt need any witnesses as duane went in and said he did swear, if he went in and said he didnt swear he would of got off...but going in there and being straight up because of how pathetic it was and what sort of person he is ,has cost a gf birth... The bloke doesnt even sledge on the field, have never seen him in any altercations with other players or umpires, and gets slapped in the face....**** me put 2 years on his head with a 3 year bond..like phantom said, we ALL stopped play to watch the antics on the other oval at one stage and yet nothing.. Donny stood and watched with us in the middle of the ******* oval and did nothing, but walks on a oval at oth to tell a umpire to report someone off the ground for swearing...give me a ******* break pdca...grow some ******* balls...

Will be one very interesting gf if he is umpiring.. Not sure if we would get a start to tell you the truth.. Would prob be in the best interest of the pdca to not LET him umpire imo...there will be alot of reports otherwise..so if any of you read this which i am sure you do, do your best for the sake of this weekends game...

I know what your saying mate, we went into the tribunal and said nothing but the truth about what happened, and it got us sweet FA.

We spent over 5 hours at the tribunal and it was as clear as day that the tribunal had already made their mind up on who the guilty party was.

I think Duane should have got off with no punishment at all, im sure we have all said what he said at some stage in our playing careers.

BUT i think Rosies thought the tribunal was going to be easier than it was, i tried to warn use that you were going to need more than just Duane as they were always going to back their umpire in, it was coming from experience. I still cant believe you didnt try and get some Angle Vale players their to profess how much of a non event it really was.

I am hearing you...BUT when a bloke goes in there telling the truth and a well respected umpire says he heard nothing goes to show you there was nothing in it...Russel was in there and from what he told me he presented himself very well...at the end of the day they had already made there mind up and it wouldnt of mattered who we took in...the whole thing is a disgrace...

I will give you the hot tip mate..we wont be handing it to them, if they win it, it will be because they played better cricket...we as a group will def have abit more emotion than normall but i can assure you it wont affect the way we go about our batting, bowling, and fielding...we want to win because thats what ya gotta do...winning it for duane will just be a bonus..
