Ok, so let's see if I've got this straight.
I'm a season ticket holder for Sturt ie: I get to go to all minor round Sturt games no matter where they're played and the money goes to Sturt, so do I get in to the Port v Sturt game that is the highlight to the Power game the same night. I haven't checked, but Sturt season ticket holders get 3 free Crows and Power games each year to attend, is this Power game one of them? If so is that not cheapening a Season ticket to an SANFL club, not that I'd be surprised if it did.
WHY ARE WE BEING SOLD OUT BY THE TWO CORRESPONDING FEATURES IN ALL OF THIS ONCE AGAIN!

So do I get in to the Port v Sturt game that is the highlight to the Power game the same night [color=#00BFFF](Correct, you are entitled to entry via the members area at AAMI Stadium at no extra cost)

If you are a Sturt member but do not have a season ticket, you may be eligible to purchase a discounted entry ticket for $18 (adult) $9 (Concession or junior aged between 15-18) members under 15 will be charged $2.50 for admission. Tickets to the double header can be bought at the gate on matchday upon presentation of your 2011 membership card. The discounted prices are for admission into the public area only.

If you are neither a All seson ticket holder or a Sturt member, then General public entry fee for this double header is $26.50 (Adult) $20.35 (Concession) and $2.50 (children under 15 years)

I haven't checked, but Sturt season ticket holders get 3 free Crows and Power games each year to attend, is this Power game one of them? (Don't know, best you check with the Sturt admin)

So, am I right in saying the $2.50 admission price for a child is the main gripe here?

Seems to me that Sturt season ticket holders have no issues whatsoever as far as entry goes and if you aren't a season ticket holder / member you do?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is for one game only, yes?

We are aware you are happy with curtain raisers as you have justified them to us all summer R&B. Despite the extra costs to individuals. You even wrote a big condenscending article about people who had a problem with curtain raisers.

Let me guess you cant justify the extra expense to Fester. But you are happy with curtain rasiers being on the SANFL calender.

Ill give you credit, atleast your consistent in being inconsistent R&B.

Simple, don't go. It will only cause trouble in the outer anyway. The Crows supporters &/or Power supporters (not all of them) will give Us shit for being there to watch Our 2nd rate crap, I can see it now. Just don't go.

Wouldnt be to worried about Chandler and his handlings with the SANFL . Imagine being invovled with the FFSA where your GM shows no interest in the game. Is so damn arrogent and has almost every club against him. The proposed breakaway league didnt happen this year but it is a matter of watch this space.

Three? A Bays membership entitles a holder to a double (?) pass to a single AFL game, which must be chosen from a set list of games (the ones that won't draw a crowd - most of 'em Power matches, all of 'em against harmless teams like Freo). I had assumed this was the same deal for the other SANFL clubs.

For the record I am unlikely to use my AFL tickets and will likely palm them off on a friend.

With Centrals, it's a double pass to 1 Crows game and 1 Power game (from a list - the Crows list is about 4 games whereas Port's is pretty much all bar the Showdown). I gave my doubles to mates last season.

As I've had no response to this ( read - someone argue with it ) I shall assume it is indeed the $2.50 that is causing people to get the sulks on then.

Crikey, should try having a tsunami wash the house and family away or have a nuclear meltdown take place in a nearby city. Imagine how tough that would make life compared to having to shell out $2.50...

Maybe the other 8 SANFL clubs should all charge Port supporters an extra $2.50 when they play at their home ground? Hell, every gate ticket has also gone up $2 and season tickets $40 in 2 years. I'm all for the Magpies being in the SANFL, but money is being claimed and saved all over town to keep the Power afloat.

In any case, it's $2.50 for an outer seat, $15 for a members seat. Given season ticket holders can access the members, if they want to sit there AND have kids with them, they have to fork out the $15 per ticket.

Personally, I hate having to pay for something I dont need or want. Why we all have to pay for AFL tickets as part of an SANFL season ticket is beyond me. If I want to go to an AFL game, I'll buy the tickets then.

So you're comparing me to Saddam Hussein? I dont get the joke, then again I dont get half ( or more ) of your posts.

One game of the year Norwood fans get to see their team play at Footy Park ( bar finals ) and it could cost as little as $2.50 to take your kid along with you. You like dealing with facts, and this, if I'm not mistaken, is fact, yes?

So one game, one kid, $2.50. Fact?

Booney and Royal City, thanks for your contribution, but it is not about the $2.50; its about an extra $15.00 to get paid up NFC junior members into the members area that have as part of their club membership a guarantee to be able to attend all home and away games in 2011 FOC.

Parents of the club who have an all games (Home and away) season tickets can go into the Members stand FOC, but these particular kids cant, they have to either pay $2.50 to get into the outer (and who in their right mind will let their kids roam the public area of AAMI Stadium without supervision) or, they pay an additional $15.00 per head to go with their parents.

Thats the point of the matter, in Fester's case he is a member of the NFC and has an all home and away games season ticket and his kids are all Junior members which each cost $40.00.

It is an additional $60 for him and his 4 kids to go and see an SANFL home and away game, which he and the kids have already paid for, he has indicated that he has never missed a Port Magpies/Norwood game and has no interest in staying to watch the AFL game immediately following.

ps: Booney, I make no aspersions against Port Adelaide or Power fans in the outer, there are just as many Norwood ferals around as well

Cheers,
