By the time he got to the game he had already started on his second black book. Even then he made a mental report of the blue pen he was using as it ran out of ink.

Also depends on the repoting umpire IMO, surely the PDCA know what Donny is like and need to take that into consideration. Its time for the PDCA to appoint an umpires director who is not a current umpire and weed out some of the umpires.
I know people will say it is hard to get umpires which I appreciate but it may also be hard to get umpires when the "old boys club" is in operation.
Time to promote some of the younger guys.

Its not often I agree with you Smithy but I do on this occasion. If you have a player swear as in Duanes case, tell the player to stop swearing and move on. If you have a player yelling abuse at an umpire or opposition player and going off his chops then a report maybe the right way to go.
