Too right mate, I've been on both ends of the stick, that's why you play the full 140 overs every match.

Absolutely Oz, good on Angle Vale for waiting around all day for a shot at the title, lucky it wasn't us batting, we'd be half cut by now  .

We had no chance up at Greenwith. Stuck down matting was far too deep under water.

Bit harder batting to chase the win, you'd need 6 an over consistently in trying conditions, bad luck to you guys, pound for pound you'd be the best all-round team.

Absolutely and cheers mate....we lost only twice this season and were confident against all teams in the finals. But it was an extraordinarily close year and that hasn't happened for a long time. Good for the competition.

We'll be confident next season again, especially with our kids improving......and on that note, look forward to seeing your youths improving.

So Jimmy and stama the possible recruits?
It will be interesting to see SW after next year when Oz and a couple move on, some exciting talent in their lower grades with Wellington and griffen leading the way. They will be a powerhouse for many years to come.
On that note unlucky to SW today, there was no chance of play with the stick down matting. It resembled a swimming pool. Hard to say who would have won, just speculation from now.

Apparently a footy trial was more important than a cricket semi for some.
