We're hopeful that Fortu won't be needed for the GF and that the other guy is available instead. The C grade captain is pretty confident that North Pines would struggle to bowl to him in a grand final.

It has been that way for the last couple matches.

If our selections (or naming on PDCA website) are an issue for you guys at SW, then why isn't your A grade team up? Surely you can name 12 players, depending if Oz plays or Fortu has to step in?

Scotty back to brahma for footy? Again? Thats the 5th time in as many weeks, wouldnt be sure untill he rocks up on the first game, and even then he might be in opposition colours..

At least they name their team before the Wednesday after the completion of the match, BL are lightyears ahead of the rest of the comp in professionalism, good luck to them for next season, the other clubs should try and make the most of the resources available to them.

I agree, i don't see how hard it is, i put my teams in on Thurs nights, it takes all of about 2 minutes, and saves me having to do it on the Sat after the game when the last thing you can be bothered doing is putting in the scores, saves you just that little bit of hassle.

Even worse when you go to enter the data on a Sunday and you can't do most of it because you are waiting for the other team to at least put their names in.

I dont even bother worrying about that anymore, i just punch in our own stats and catches etc. Sometimes teams don't get it done until late Monday.

Eastern Park were a rabble last round (grade 5). We knocked them over about 2.30 second week to win first innings but by then most of them had left to play a footy trial game. We called the game off at that point but if we had have decided we wanted to bat again they would have had to have forfeited because there were about 5 of them left at the ground. Everytime I have played Eastern Park it has been interesting to say the least...
