Would CA be interested in hosting a 3 match series in the Top End over the coming winter/dry season? If it helps a promising nation out, I think it should be done, a week and a half should cover the matches easily.

It's called "respect"
Bishop and Jackman's concerns were to help them keep their promising youngsters before they shoot over to you-know-where. Playing Number Two sides won't convince them to stay.

If CA were actually interested in helping to develop international cricket by hosting developing nations, we would have seen bangladesh come here more then once and also wouldn't cancel the test series against them next month in favour of ODI's.

That's what I meant; against our best side. It can't be Test matches though as they have not been granted Test match status. Unless you meant ODIs.
