interesting Craig Cooks little column that GRSA will review the summer fixtures to avoid losing meetings etc

I believe its a good idea for everyone involved

his article suggests that it wont be happening in the future

so next year it reverts back to how it normally is with angle park monday nights and gawler tuesday

I can just see that we have a really hot summer and lose meetings which is no good for all concerned - trainers, owners, punters, grsa

then they will go back to having gawler mon nights and angle park tuesdays

im not sure what the turnover has been like - whether its the same, up or down. They do say the best way to predict the future is to look at past results, and past weather patterns suggest we will be having more hot summers.
