He certainly is. Probably the fittest he has been for 3-4 years, although i did get an invite today for his 40th birthday bash... ;)

40 now geez doing well to be playing these days yet being the fittest he has been for a while good effort.

When i say 'fit', im not talking Lance Armstrong-type 'fit' though...its all relative of course... ;)

I reckon he will have a good year, without the pressure of coaching and all the stuff that goes with it.

How many backman you blokes gonna put on him this year Muffler ? ;)

Any injuries from the game. Did the blokes you picked up from div5/6 play.

The Div 5 guys played well. Makes me wonder how other clubs didnt get to them previously. The ring ins as Fisty put it were great. Would love to see them stay at teh club. Was a joint effort by all concerned. Mind you we still have 4-5 A graders that would normally start any given week not in the side due to toher committments so its good signs for all. Our 2's should pick up the pieces from last year as well. Witht hose 4-5 coming back will really have the numbers and this so called DEPTH problem and comments we had on here from last year. The 3's will have the same. I will go on the record now by saying there will ntoo be a Portland side in the bottom sides thsi year. The A's are not an issue. Our 2's did struggle last year along with the C grade and as i said those 2 reserve sides wont be on the bottom this year. Have you punt byu saying we will finish bottom 2 or 3. We wont be there either.

Don't you portland guys have mobile phones? Can't you ring each other rather than choking up the DIV 3 site with big noting amongst yourselves, fair dinkum if you scroll through the last three pages you would read nothing but news on this bloke and that bloke from portland, how they are the premiership favourites and so on and so on.

As someone who browses through, it might be interesting to read a little on her about the other teams as well, i know GG generally have a few who contribute, maybe they have been bamboozled as well.

maybe you guys could spend a few minutes after training talking amongst yourselves and spare us the time spent trawling through looking for something non-portland related!

Blah, blah, blah...we hear this every year...as Piccachu said, contribute something about your team - im sure the banter would be well recieved.

If not, pull your head in...or dont read it.

Exactly Felch. Every year we get it. If you dont like it start your own thread. The Pooraka thread should be a riveting read. If it was such a problem the Mod's would have said something by now. Grab your tissues and hop on that plane toPerth pick up your dummy and lighten up. Everyone goes with the flow on here. Im sure if we spoke about Ramblers (which has been a big topic with movements and so on) you would have had a sook im sorry i mean had an argumentative positve contribution to this forum advising us to communicate in a different matter. For you mate that translates to shut up and move on.

Yeah I've pretty much given up on here Rooster...
But I do find it amusing on the other hand...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
