Probably would agree with you when comparing with other artists that have heaps of albums, but both of these two artists had great first albums and have gone downhill since..

Agreed....although I love My Jekyll Doesn't Hyde, Perry Mason, Tomorrow and Thunder Underground from Ozzmosis.

I'm just a massive fan of Zakk Wylde.

Dave Grohl's attempt at writing an album for Ozzy was a disgrace...

Brod, I was introduced to Gurge via Unit. So this comes as a bit of a shock to the inexperienced Gurge follower. I actually think Unit is the best album I've ever bought.

So, I'll have to chase up the previous albums and have a listen. Cheers. I'll report back after hearing them.

Tu Plang is alot rootsier than the more friendly tunes of Unit, which some people prefer from the Gurge. I agree with you though Gadj, Unit is a cracker. Tu Plang is good though.

LOL. Sorry, I was referring to a previous post, which included The Kaiser Chiefs and Artic Monkeys. I have all the early stuff of the bands I mentioned in the post you are quoting.
