who cares that there is a 'clash', it wont be the first time & it wont be the last time, people will make the choice as to which game they want to go to, i'll be watching glenelg, no doubt mt79 will be watching glenelg but which game will you be going to/watching bays09 ?

The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt

Of course I did but my first comment you obviously didn't know what I meant. I was saying if it is a Bays away game that Bays09 will watch the Crows not the greatest travellers Glenelg supporters but fantasic at home though.

without pre-empting bays09 i think bays09 was saying he wouldn't go to alberton where as a journey to woodville, richmond etc would be ok, afterall as he said alberton & footy park is only 10 minutes away from each other, granted some glenelg people do only go to bay oval matches however every club has these supporters that just go to home matches & this is for a variety of reasons

Yep I agree but not sure where you get that bays 09 would go to Woodville , Richmond etc out of his post .Anyway I agree ALL clubs have supporters that dont travel but I think Glenelg have the largest considering the fantastic support they get at home.I am certain you go to all Bayman.

Probably the ABC TV sacrifical lamb. Happens to every team at some stage. For Centrals, their game against Port at home is on at the same time as Crows v West Coast. Ironically I'll probably be unable to go to either as I'll be at a mates wedding in Hobart!
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

I can't believe a Glenelg supporter would miss a Glenelg v Port match to suffer thru a Fremantle game v anyone

But maybe times, they are a changing

I love away games...longer drive = more beers. Alberton Oval has had some great games in recent years. I remember sammy rudolph kicking one to draw a few years ago. I also remember seeing k koster get stretchered off about 10 years ago there...

The SANFL make North play when I have a planned bowel movement, this clash is a disgrace.
