problem is the council mow the ovals early in the week and by Saturday they are long again. Surely it wouldn't be too hard to get them to mow the ovals on a Friday. Or don't the council want to cooperate with the PLCA :?

There's a game of cricket at Ravendale most weekends, so the PLCC wouldn't have an issue with the cricket... ;)

Centenary looks great at the moment, very lush and you could play AFL on it.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

The PLCA, by not signing the ravendale memorandum, have been seen to be on the PLFL side and will get no favours from the PLCC whatsoever.

Eyre United have signed Boof Marshall. $150 per game, which is cheap for a player of his ability

Kemp is a definate stayer.

The money EU are "apparently" paying should have everyone going there!!! According to one departing source commonly known to stretch figures they are giving him in excess of $350 per game + a monster sign on.

Take care who you recruit EU, it will determine the future of your club.

Souths will be fine, have lost a fair few but have plenty of juniors coming through plus half a dozen quality players that will move up from the reserves.

So in other words you have beend raped and are relying on 6 reserves players and a couple of handy juniors to take up the slack of White, King, Williams , Hill, Marshall, Green and Stoetzer. Good luck with that!. Enjoy the spoon steakn, we will gladly hand it to you

Kemp and Jerry can only do so much , that is all they have left.

White and King where all they had in the midfield and with no Stoetzer or Boof up forward they have nothing and are in trouble big time. So who is going to win the spoon media p?

I think the battle for the spoon will be contested by Bostons and Marble Range.
